Galapagos Diving & the Amazon

Imagine yourself drifting down a narrow, winding jungle waterway surrounded on all sides by an endless sea of lush tropical greenery. The sky is alive with vibrant colors as a pair of scarlet macaws soars overhead. Or climbing to the top of the trees for a magnificent view of the surrounding area where you can observe toucans, parrots, and dozens of other colorful bird species in the treetops. With luck, noisy howler monkeys or the gentle three-toed sloth will also be seen.

Sacha is a favorite destination of both professional and amateur ornithologists, with over 500 species of birds in the area. A short distance from Sacha Lodge is Ecuador’s most accessible parrot lick, an exposed clay bank where brightly colored parrots of several different species gather in the early morning. Sacha Lodge also features a birding tower and canopy walk making it the best rainforest experience in Ecuador.

GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS:

This is a 13 day trip including 3 nights in Quito, 3 nights and 4 days in the Amazon and 6 nights in Galapagos.  The tour includes 5 days diving to the best sites in the central islands - plus land tours including a visit to the world famous Charles Darwin Research Station, a visit to see the giant tortoises in the wild and snorkeling with penguins at the island of Bartolome.

FIT or individual passengers
$750 deposit upon confirmation. 
Final payment is due 60 days prior to departure.

If a cancellation is made:
121 days or more prior to departure a $200 per person service charge applies.
120 - 61 days prior to departure, all deposits are forfeited.
60 - 41 days prior to departure, 50% cancellation rate applies.
40 days or less prior to departure, no refund is available.
